There is provided a cap alignment apparatus 10 for aligning orientations of caps 1 by rotating two aligners 11 having outer surfaces in the shapes of truncated cones with generatrices of their opposed side portions spaced from each other so that the caps 1 do not drop in a clearance and are kept at predetermined inclinations with respect to a horizontal direction, placing the caps 1 on the outer surfaces, and carrying the caps 1 from one end side to the other end side.
