A METHOD OF SERVICE STREAM ACCEPTING CONTROL APPLIED IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM and the system thereof

A method of service stream accepting control applied in wireless communication system includes: estimating the system equivalent bandwidth according to the usage measured of the resource, estimating the service stream bandwidth requirement according to service stream QoS parameter and service stream state. The accepting rule used to implement accepting determination synthesizes the arithmetic based on model and the arithmetic based on measure. The arithmetic based on model insures that when accepting new service stream the accepted service stream is not destroyed and the arithmetic based on measuring the system actual stream avoids the bandwidth waste due to the arithmetic based on model. Compared with accepting control arithmetic based on simple model or fixed threshold, the invention provides the more accurate QoS assure for the service stream and holds higher usage of the network. The invention is applied in the communication system which has abundant service types and strict QoS assure.
