摘要 The invention relates to a diagnostic kit and method for the quantitative determination of the expression of the KCNM genes that are involved in human arterial hypertension in peripheral blood leukocytes from a whole blood sample and, more specifically, of the expression of the levels of mRNA and/or proteins from the alpha and beta1 subunits of the maxi-K ion channel, i.e. genes KCNMA1 and KCNMB1.
