<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass plate with an electroconductive film, which has high optical transparency and can be mass-produced at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The glass plate with the electroconductive film is constituted of: a glass plate having a couple of parallel main surfaces; a transparent electroconductive film having a three layer structure, which is formed on one of the main surfaces of the glass plate; and a reflection suppressing film which is formed on the other one of the main surfaces of the glass plate. The glass plate has a composition containing, as a main component, silica, as coloring components, 0.02-0.06 wt.% (excluding 0.06 wt.%) of total iron oxide (T-Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>) expressed in terms of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, <0.024 wt.% FeO and 0-0.5 wt.% CeO, and 0.02-0.2 wt.% (excluding 0.2 wt.%) of TiO<SB>2</SB>, wherein the ratio of FeO expressed in terms of Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>to the T-Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>is <40%, and has a sunlight transmittance of≥87.5% and a visible light transmittance (determined using a C-light source) of≥90% when the thickness is 3.2 mm. The reflection suppressing film is formed by a method including a rapid cooling process, and the glass plate is strengthened by the rapid cooling process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
