<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation device for an anaerobic tank which can perform agitation by aeration with low power consumption, and uniform agitation throughout the anaerobic tank. <P>SOLUTION: The agitation device for an anaerobic tank comprises the anaerobic tank 1 of which the tank walls are water sealed, and of which the upper space 14 is closed with a ceiling wall 13, and a submersible ejector pump 15 immersed in the anaerobic tank 1. The air intake pipe 16 of the submersible ejector pump 15 has an opening 17 at the tip.
