PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce degreasing and firing times, further, to simplify a heat treating process including degreasing and firing stages, and to reduce the coefficient of linear contraction upon firing in a metal formed body by increasing its metal density as well. SOLUTION: The metal formed body uses metal particles as the main material, and comprises an organic binder as the balance. The metal particles are composed of mixed particles of first metal particles having the average particle diameter of 3 to 8μm and second metal particles having the average particle diameter of 15 to 25μm.
