PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid tank holding tool which is manufactured with comparatively small number of man-hours and working processes, and reduced in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This liquid tank holding tool is composed of: a mounting bracket 2 having a mounting portion 8 to a condenser 6 at its one side and a burring screw hole at the other side, and comprising a supporting portion 5 for supporting a liquid tank 4 at its intermediate portion; and a pressing bracket 3 having a connecting portion 12 connected with the mounting portion 8 at one side and a screw insertion hole and a hook portion 14 at the other side, and comprising a fastening portion 11 for fastening the liquid tank 4 to the supporting portion 5, at its intermediate portion. As the mounting bracket 2 and the pressing bracket 3 are mounted to the condenser 6 in a state of being connected with each other on one side to hold the liquid tank 4, the force applied to the brackets 2, 3 is distributed, the number of places of spot welding performed on a connecting part of the brackets 2, 3 is reduced, and a nut becomes unnecessary as the burring screw holes 8, 9 are formed.
