PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hour for mounting a bicycle storage shelf on an internal wall face of a skeleton greatly when compared with a case where the bicycle storage shelves are mounted on the internal wall face of the skeleton one by one to facilitate construction of a multistory bicycle parking lot. SOLUTION: This multistory bicycle parking lot is provided with the skeleton 1 having a cylindrical shape, a bicycle carrying-in-and-out machine 2 installed vertically in a central part of the skeleton 1, and the bicycle storage shelves 8 arranged radially and at many upper and lower steps in the skeleton 1 centered on the bicycle carrying-in-and-out machine 2. The bicycle storage shelves 8 at a plurality of upper and lower steps are mounted on a common column 12 fixed vertically on the internal wall face 1A of the skeleton 1 in advance.
