STOPPER DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SLIDING DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device for a vehicle sliding door capable of preventing a rubber-made buffer part from being broken and chipped when stopping the door and providing effective functions of shock absorption and prevention of abnormal sound when the door stops always. SOLUTION: This stopper device for the vehicle sliding door is provided with a metallic door side main body part 52 and a body side main body part 4 provided on the sliding door D and a vehicle body at positions deviated in the vertical direction for a position of center of gravity of the sliding door and the rubber-made buffer part 45 provided in either of these main body parts 52, 4 to stop the sliding door by abutting of the door side main body part 52 on the body side main body part 4 through the buffer part 45. A face 4a of the body side main body part 4 opposing to the door side main body part 52 is a slope face displaced onto a door side main body part 52 side as it leaves the center of gravity of the door in the vertical direction.
