PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by facilitating release of crime preventive setting by not only a resident but also a caretaker or a security company (personnel thereof) and to improve crime prevention property by making it difficult to cancel issuance of an alarm by a suspicious person such as a thief. SOLUTION: When crime prevention sensors 3a, 3b, ... detect that a suspicious person such as the thief invades a house, the alarm is issued by living room master units 4a, 4b, ... and predetermined operation is performed by a touch panel operating section 405, after the lapse of a fixed time from the issuance of the alarm, a CPU 412 which detects the operation compares and collates sequentially read coordinate information (pattern thereof) with a user pattern previously stored (registered) in a memory 411 or compares and collates the sequentially read coordinate information (pattern thereof) with any one of a user pattern and a master pattern. In the case of matching as the result of the comparison and collation, crime preventive setting is canceled and in the cas of not matching, on the other hand, crime preventive setting can be maintained.
