摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for etching a plate of a heat-resistant nickel alloy containing molybdenum so as to form a uniform groove structure. SOLUTION: The process for treating a nickel alloy panel containing molybdenum comprises the steps of: forming a predetermined groove pattern on the panel 1 of the nickel alloy containing molybdenum by using a photoresist; dipping the panel 1 in an etching solution 3 which contains nearly equal amounts of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and is stored in an aqueous solution tank 2; applying voltage in between the panel 1 set as a positive electrode and a counter electrode 4 set as a negative electrode placed in an aqueous solution tank 2 to etch the panel 1 through an electrochemical reaction and form the groove; and removing the photoresist.
