PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until a worker arrives at an elevator. SOLUTION: This invention is composed of a remote monitoring terminal unit 1 arranged every elevator for monitoring the occurrence of abnormality of the respective elevators respectively installed by at least one unit in a plurality of buildings and communicating and outputting abnormality occurrence information when the abnormality is caused, and a monitoring center 3 having a remote monitoring terminal unit table for registering the relationship between the remote monitoring terminal unit 1 and the building and a building position information database for recording position information on the building and transmitting its extracted position information on the building to a cellular phone 4 held by a worker by extracting the position information on its specified building from the building position information database by specifying the building provided with its elevator by the remote monitoring terminal unit table when receiving the abnormality occurrence information from any remote monitoring terminal unit 1.
