PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly eliminate bubbles staying in a bend even in the case of the structure where an ink may flow in a pressure chamber from the communication hole of a cavity unit while the flow is flexed at a nearly-right angle. SOLUTION: The pressure chamber 24 covered with an actuator 21 is formed so that the ink may be flowed from one end 24a connected to the communication hole 28 to another end 24b connected to a nozzle 23. The communication hole 28 is formed with opening in the direction of a nearly-right angle against the ink flow in the pressure chamber 24 and opposed to the actuator 21. The flow direction of the ink passing through the communication hole 28 is made flexed by a nearly-right angle at one end of the pressure chamber 24. Inside the communication hole 28, a circulation cross-section regulator 50 is arranged so that the difference of the cross-sectional areas between the one end 24a of the pressure chamber 24 and the communication hole 28 may be relaxed.
