PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a player to prepare his favorite music without complicating operations. SOLUTION: The slot machine 10 pictorially displays musical elements by an image display device 23 and makes the player select musical elements by operating an operating means. Subsequently, the machine translates the information of the musical elements selected by the player into two-dimensional codes and pictorially display by the image display device 23. When the two-dimensional codes are read by the imaging means 81 of a portable digital assistant 80 and sent to a server 90, the server 90 specifies musical elements from the two-dimensional codes and prepares a score on the basis of the musical elements.
