The device comprises a winning probability data storage section for storing winning probability data representing winning probabilities of the objects of the drawing, a drawing section for performing a drawing according to the winning probabilities of the objects of the drawing which are determined from the winning probability data stored in the winning probability data storage section and determining a winning object out of the objects of the drawing, an operation section for operation by the drawing participant, a desired drawing object determining section for allowing the drawing participant to determine winning or blank objects out of the objects of the drawing according to the operation through the operation section, and a wining probability data varying section for varying the winning probability data stored in the winning probability data storage section so as to vary the winning probability of the desired drawing object determined by the desired drawing object determining section.
