<p>A rope dying machine comprising a drum (15) for housing the fabric, which can be inserted or removed from the machine (10), a system for moving and lapping the fabric, dying means and washing means, the structure of the machine (10) comprising a cylindrical shell (11), with an upper base plate (12) and a lower base plate (14), the system for moving and lapping the fabric comprising a motorised rotation system of the drum (15), a dragging roll (20) for picking up the fabric, a transportation channel (22) of the fabric the outlet mouth (23) of which communicates with the upper portion of a vertical accumulation duct (24), with rectangular section with the longer side perpendicular to the axis of the machine (10), the outlet mouth (23) translating with back-and-forth movement along the long side of the section of the accumulation duct (24), the outlet (25) of the accumulation duct (24) being arranged along a radius of the drum (15). A dying process in exhaustive rope dying machines with processing cycle by steps that uses the quoted machine or similar is also foreseen.</p> |
