FIELD: machine engineering, possibly joining parts by plastic deforming. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming in prepared block of parts sleeve type connection rod and protruded or embedded closing head due to plastically deforming material of one of boundary parts of block by means of two stepwise operating punches; at forming protruded closing head, making in parts next to boundary part openings restricting cavity; at forming embedded closing head, making in said parts openings and recess in last part for restricting cavities. One of such cavities is designed for embedded closing head. Sleeve type connection rod is formed by pressing out material of boundary part by means of larger punch in direction of cavity narrowing. Then rod is pierced by means of less punch in the same direction for forming inner cavity with bottom. Said bottom is arranged at outlet of part block inside it or behind block. Closing head is formed due to upsetting bottom of inner cavity. ^ EFFECT: simplified joining process, lowered labor consumption of joining process, improved strength parameters of joint. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex |
