<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a livestock meat processed product with soft and puffy palate feeling, seldom getting out of shape with moderate resilience, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the livestock meat processed product comprises compounding the whole material with 30-57 wt.% of bread crumb impregnated with liquid albumen at 1.2-4.0 mass times based on the bread crumb on a dry basis and then coagulating the liquid albumen under heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
