PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, wherein since the conventional negative ion generators are largely of a fixed type of electrode and receptacle disc, washing and cleaning maintenance cannot be conducted easily and removal of dust of a blowing fan and intake dust and accumulated dust from electrode wear is difficult, thus unexpected fire or offensive smell or the like is generated. SOLUTION: The negative ions are considered to have dominant effect in people's environment and to be an indispensable and essential climatic environment in the living. This device has a high-voltage electrode and an electrode disc made of titanium or SUS material integrated, and is of sliding type with easy removal. Thereby, repair and maintenance or the like facilitated, and the strength and wear of the electrode disc or the like are maintained and prevented, and the problem of dust can be solved.
