PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop less expensive information communication means and regional information transmission stations. SOLUTION: A vending machine installer uses an information delivery system managed by an information site caretaker to add a function as an advertising medium based on QR Code(R) to a vending machine, which can thus transmit an installation space provider's information as an effective medium of advertising, including real time advertising. The costs of advertising are covered by income from the installation. The vending machine installer can install an unprecedentedly high function vending machine. The installation space provider registers information via the Internet or the like to communicate real time information to customers via a URL in the form of QR Code or the like. The costs and advertising are covered by income from and provided by the communication capability of the vending machine, respectively. A new advertising function can thus be provided. The system in which each vending machine in the country sets the URL corresponding to the installation space in the form of QR Code to communicate regional information to customers as a regional information transmission station develops the vending machine industry further.
