ELECTROWETTING SYSTEM COMPRISING ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION WITH HIGH RELIABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrowetting system using an electrowetting phenomenon where the change of physical properties according to temperature is minimized by adjusting the characteristics of liquid, and the kind and the concentration of salts are optimized to secure reliability in terms of temperature. SOLUTION: The electrowetting system comprises an electrolyte solution and optionally an insulating solution wherein the electrolyte solution includes: a first salt having a molar mass of 100 or below and a solubility of 27 or above; a second salt of a chaotropic system containing an ion with a negative Jones-Dole coefficient; and a third salt containing an ion with a Setschenow constant (ks) of 0.150 or above.
