REFRIGERANT SUPPLY SYSTEM AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant supply system for supplying water of a temperature requested by a prescribed facility while correctly and quickly controlling its flow rate. SOLUTION: A pump has a capacity of several times or more the flow rate requested by the prescribed facility (test facility). A flowmeter comprises a flowmeter of small quantity, measuring the flow rate when the flow rate requested by the prescribed facility is small, and a flowmeter of an intermediate quantity capable of measuring the flow rate of a range over the flow rate measured by the flowmeter of a small quantity. The excess flow after adjustment by an adjusting valve is returned to a refrigerant supply tank. The flow rate is adjusted on the basis of the relationship of the temperature and flow rate requested by the prescribed facility by inputting at least two of three kinds of parameters of inlet temperature, outlet temperature and flow rate.
