PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an undulated sheet having a fine regular pattern of concavities and convexities formed on the surface, with high quality without defect, and with sufficient productivity and high line speed. SOLUTION: The method for producing an undulated sheet comprises carrying out the transfer forming of the concavities and convexities of the surface of an emboss roller 13 to the surface of a sheet W. The method includes the steps of allowing a flexible strip-sheet W to travel continuously, forming a coating layer by coating the surface of the sheet with a radiation curable resin, transferring a pattern of concavities and convexities on the surface of the emboss roller to the coating layer by winding the sheet around the rotating undulated roller, curing the coating layer by irradiating the sheet which is wound around the roller with radiation, releasing the sheet from the undulated roller, laminating a protective film on one or both sides of the continuously travelling sheet after releasing, and taking up the continuously traveling sheet after lamination in the form of a roll.
