PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reducing facility for a fuel gas, capable of stably feeding the fuel gas as a gas turbine fuel by suppressing the sudden rise of its calorie. SOLUTION: This heat reducing facility comprises a heat reducing gas supply pipe 4 for feeding a heat reducing gas connected to a fuel gas supply pipe 3 for feeding the fuel gas to a gas turbine 2, a fan 24 as a first force-feeding device installed in the heat reducing gas supply pipe 4 and force-feeding the heat reducing gas, a storage tank 33 for storing the heat reducing gas in a pressurized state, a heat reducing gas replenishing pipe 36 connected to the storage tank 33 and the heat reducing gas supply pipe 4 and replenishing the heat reducing gas, and a flow control valve 35 installed in the heat reducing gas replenishing pipe 36.
