PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet flow generator capable of generating composed jet flow by discharging gas as a pulsating flow and reducing its thickness without reducing an amount of discharge of gas and to provide an electronic apparatus loaded with it. SOLUTION: This jet flow generator 10 is provided with blades 3a and 3b moved by a motor 4 arranged at a substantially center inside a cylindrical case body 5. When the blades 3a and 3b swing by the motor 4, pressure in two chambers formed inside the case body 5 by a partition plate 6 is increased and reduced, and air is discharged as a pulsating flow through openings 11 to 14 in accordance with it. The blades 3a and 3b move in the horizontal direction being different from the direction of thickness (Z-direction) of the case body 5 in this way. Consequently, an amount of travel of a traveling plate is made large when compared with thickness of the case body 5, and amplitudes of the blades 3a and 3b are large when compared with amplitude of a conventional vibration plate.
