PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading support machine by which one can read without using his or her hands without pages of a book being turned-up. SOLUTION: Both the cover sheets of the book is opened in a maximum extent and clipped and both the end of page parts is interposed into turning-up preventing rubber biased by springs. When the present page is completed to be read one page is turned up by the hand and the page is interposed into either one of the left and right turning-up preventing rubber to prevent arbitrary turning-up. Further, the reading support machine has size responding function relative to books, the book can be inclined in a desk by a tripod stand and one can read without using the hands.
