PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can regulate caulked portions to be formed at the end portions of a supporting shaft 4a so as to have optimum target caulked shapes even when the supporting shaft 4a is made of a hard material, such as high carbon steel. SOLUTION: Slits 25, 25 are formed at a plurality of circumferential positions in caulked cylindrical portions 20a which have a nearly cylindrical shape and are provided on both axial end portions of the supporting shaft 4a. The portions across a pair of the slits 25, 25 neighboring with each other in the circumstance are used as the caulked portions 26, 26 by plastically deforming them outward in the radial direction. The shapes of the respective caulked portions 26, 26 are appropriately set so as to correspond to the optimum target caulked shape according to formed positions, formed directions, and shapes of the respective slits 25, 25.
