PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for spinning a top provided with small wheels at an upside and a lower side of the shaft of the top and assembled with a PET bottle or others. SOLUTION: A fitting base (6) has a shape capable of being fitted in the opening portion 3 of a hollow body 2 having a proper inner space and an opening in the peripheral wall 1, and has an entrance 4 and an exit for the top. A launching base 7 and a rotary base 8 for the top is properly arranged in the outside portion of the fitting base, and a vertical/horizontal conversion guide rail 19 is arranged in the inside of the fitting base.
