<p>The device has a piezoelectric actuator (4) arranged in an inner side of a housing and provided with terminal pins. A face plate is attached to the housing and provided with openings for passage of the pins. A contact unit is attached to the plate for the electrical connection of the pins with a connector (17). The plate has a third opening, a cover (21) and a laminar sealing unit (10) that is made from liquid-tight and gas permeable material e.g. silicone or elastomer. The sealing unit lies at peripheral surfaces of terminal pin sections and at the face plate in a sealing manner.</p>
