PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CARBOXYLIC ACID ETHER

摘要

A process for producing carboxylic ether involves trans-etherification of initial product as biological fat and/or oil by mixing with monobasic alcohol in the presence of catalyst in the technologicalchain of sequentially connected reactors, removal of glycerin phase from the reaction mixture, obtaining finished product from final reactor and its purification. The initial product is preliminarily treated with glycerin phase removed from the other reactors in auxiliary reactor located in front of the technological chain first reactor. Thereafter the glycerin phase is removed from the auxiliary reactor for processing and reaction mixture from the auxiliary reactor is directed to the first reactor of the technological chain.
