FIELD: chemical industry; the injection mold and the method of the injection casting. ^ SUBSTANCE: the group of the inventions is pertaining to the injection mold for the injection casting of the plastics fitting to make the opening in the hole in the packing material and to the method of the injection casting and to the packing container. The injection mould has the molding cavity, which encircles the hole edge together with a part of the first side and also with a part of the second side of the packing material in the area of the hole edge. In the molding cavity there is the inlet hole for the melted plastics material and opposite to the inlet hole there is the end clearance for arrangement of the packing material protruding from the mold. The inlet opening ensures deflection from the first direction (F1) of the current in the flowing channel to the second direction (F2) of the current into the molding cavity. In the mold near to the inlet opening there is the throttling projection, which protrudes in the direction essentially coinciding with the first direction (F1) of the melted plastics current. The invention is also pertaining to the method of casting under pressure of the plastic fitting for opening in the hole in the sheet-shaped or the belt-shaped packing material. The method provides, that in the process of the injection casting the molding cavity encircles the edge of the hole of the container and also encircles the part of the first and the second sides of the packing material in the area of the edge of the hole of the container. The molding cavity has the inlet opening for the melted plastics material and opposite to inlet opening there is the end clearance for location of the packing material protruding from the cavity of the packing material. The current of the melted plastics is deflected at the inlet opening and route by the continuous throttling projection, which protrudes in the direction essentially coinciding with the first direction (F1) of the mass current. The group of inventions also includes the construction of the packaging container with the fitting for opening produced by the injection casting. The technical result of the group of the inventions consists in the creation of the packaging container with the fitting for opening produced by the injection casting directly in the open hole in the packing material, which has the reliable and formed with the repeatable shape encircling part around the edge of the hole. ^ EFFECT: the group of the inventions ensures creation of the packaging container with the fitting for opening produced by the injection casting directly in the open hole in the packing material, which has the reliable and formed with the repeatable shape encircling part around the edge of the hole. ^ 13 cl, 5 dwg |
