摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use and safe high frequency incising instrument for an endoscope capable of arbitrarily adjusting the maximum projection length of a rod-like electrode from the distal end of a sheath tube without having a fear that the adjustment state of the maximum projection length of the rod-like electrode is out of order or a falling object appears inside the body during insertion and detachment to/from the treating tool insertion channel of the endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed side stopper 4s and a moving side stopper 5s to be abutted on each other so as to regulate the maximum projection length L of the rod-like electrode 2 from the distal end of the sheath tube 1 are provided near the distal end of the sheath tube 1 and the proximal end of the rod-like electrode 2, the base part of the rod-like electrode 2 is screwed and connected to a member 5 where the moving side stopper 5s is formed, and the rod-like electrode 2 is rotated around an axis from the out of the distal end of the sheath tube 1. Thus, the rod-like electrode 2 is moved in an axial direction to the moving side stopper 5s, and a distance between the moving side stopper 5s and the distal end of the rod-like electrode 2 is adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
