<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correlate defective appearances in respective processes, when manufacturing a product while deforming and working one material in the plurality of processes. <P>SOLUTION: An image data of a defect or the like is controlled in every portion, and the process with the generated defect is specified in a line in an iron work or the like where the steel sheet flows while the one material is deformed and worked at high speed, by extracting common image data of steel sheet portion from a plurality of image data, based on data as to the plurality of production processes, and by correlating those with the respective processes to display the extracted image data of the steel sheet portion arrayedly on a display, so as to specify the defective appearances changed with the deformation/work in the plurality of processes, as the same defective appearance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
