PURPOSE: A circuit for driving an ink jet print head is provided to prevent pads from being increased even when many nozzles is increased for improving the printing speed and prevent the delay of the printing speed by using buffers, thereby compacting the structure while keeping the high speed printing. CONSTITUTION: An ink jet print head driving circuit includes a power supply(520), heating elements corresponding to each nozzle and having one ends connected to the power supply, a driver connected to the other ends of the heating elements, a matrix circuit(510) having gates for driving the driver, and a control part for generating a signal to drive the matrix circuit for preventing the increase of the number of pads in proportion to the increase of the number of the nozzles, wherein the control part has a first selection part(530) for generating a first selection signal to select a heating element of a predetermined column in the matrix circuit, a second selection part(540) for generating a second selection signal for select a heat element of a predetermined row in the matrix circuit, and a counter(550) for generating a synchronization signal for synchronizing the first and second selection parts.
