<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycloolefin resin film suppressing causing of scratch and wrinkle faults during winding the film, improving the variation of optical properties, widening the width and giving high-speed production without forming an unnecessary laminating film of a waste, by imparting proper slipping properties thereto neither lowering permeability nor increasing haze of the film, and its production method; and to provide a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display, having the film. <P>SOLUTION: The film has fine particles at least therein or onto either of the film faces by totally 0.03-1.0 mass% of the film. Where the absolute value Δn of the difference of refractive indexes of the cycloolefin resin and the fine particles, and an average particle diameter r(μm) of the fine particles satisfy the relationship: Δn×r≤0.05(μm). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
