PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor substrate capable of preventing a separation phenomenon between an organic film and an inorganic film and a method for manufacturing the same, and a liquid crystal display panel having the same and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The thin film transistor substrate comprises a thin film transistor connected with a gate line and a data line, an organic protective film that protects the thin film transistor, a contact surface with the organic protective film formed between the gate line and the data line, and inorganic insulating film, whose surface not in contact with the organic protective film is formed in a different manner.
