PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laborsaving system for a cleaning business and a recording medium by which a plurality of unmanned cleaning branches are simultaneously operated and personnel costs and business investment, etc. can be saved under monitoring of sales headquarters directly linked to a cleaning factory. SOLUTION: The laborsaving system for a cleaning business has: monitors which connect a center side computer 2 installed in the sales headquarters P directly linked to the cleaning factory, to which operators are assigned, with reception side computers 3 installed in the plurality of unmanned cleaning branches Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5 which receive cleaning objects brought by customers, respectively via a network R and equipped in both of the computers 2, 3 so as to bidirectionally transmit video images and sounds in real time; and a member's card creation means 4 for registering an ID to the center side computer 2 so as to enable the customers themselves to perform input operations to the reception side computers 3 according to operation instructions by the operators through the monitors of the reception side computers 3 to issue members' cards to the customers.
