PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing method of a memory medium used for foreign language learning, the memory medium and a reproducing device of the memory medium, which are utilized from a beginner in language practice to a middle class person, and in some cases, to a upper class person. SOLUTION: In the recording and reproducing method of the memory medium used for the foreign language learning in which a specific language voice data is recorded in a main voice channel and a translated voice data in which the specific language is translated to another language is recorded in a sub-voice channel respectively, a number of short sentence voice data 10 composed of short sentence dialog or short period read sentences which a long sentence is divided into, in the main voice channel, and a translated short sentence voice data 11, in the sub-voice channel, are sequentially and alternately recorded so as to be reproduced.
