PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save computer resources of an MFP (multifunction peripherals) device, and to improve operability in FAX transmission. SOLUTION: A document transmission system has a means for scanning a cover page with the MFP device, acquires documents from a document management system, and finally transmits them by FAX as a single transmission document. Further, the system is provided with a means etc. for causing the MFP device provided with a browser function to display a display screen created with the document management system.
