PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable directivity condenser microphone capable of ensuring the equivalence of pressure by utilizing electrode lead-out parts which are simply fitted. SOLUTION: When one condenser part 12 and the other condenser part 22 are integrally assembled and fixed by pressing a flange part 35 of a shared insulation seat 31, they are fixed by allowing the electrode leadout part 17 to be sandwiched between a fixed pole 15 and a gasket 39, and the electrode leadout part 17 is externally led out from a slit 36 provided to the flange part 35. Since a gap is formed along the leadout direction of the electrode leadout part 17 located between the hard fixed pole 15 and the soft gasket 39 in this case, the equivalence of pressure can be ensured by forming the gap to be a vent part 41 communicatively connected to external air.
