PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle sensor 1 capable of suppressing its cost, offering definitely accuracy and layout property, and detecting directly a relative angular displacement of a biaxial system. SOLUTION: The angle sensor 1 comprises: a Hall IC 7 for detecting a change in angle relative to a magnet 6b; a circuit holder 5 for holding a substrate 9 on which the Hall IC 7 is mounted; a magnet holder 6 for holding the magnet 6b; an inner clip holder 3 which extends from the head of the lower edge section of the magnet holder 6 toward the outer circumference of both sides; an outer clip holder 4 which extends from the head of the lower edge section of the circuit holder 5 toward the outer circumference of the both sides so as not to overlap the inner clip holder 3; and a clip 14 which is disposed on respective both sides of the inner clip holder 3 and the outer clip holder 4 for inputting values of outside two systems being rotated and displaced relative to each other.
