PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device using this chain, superior in durability, by preventing excessive loads from being applied to both end links in the chain width direction. SOLUTION: This power transmission chain 1 has a plurality of links 2 having through-holes 4a and 4b and juxtaposed in the advancing direction and the width direction of the chain and a plurality of pins 3 inserted into the through-holes 4a and 4b and mutually connecting the plurality of links 2.
