PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joint for avoiding the careless detachment of a tube connected to a joint body caused by an external force. SOLUTION: An axially movable release ring 16 and a locking claw 18 are inserted inside the inner peripheral surface of the joint body 12 sequentially from the insertion port 27 side. Two protruding parts 24A are formed on the peripheral surface of the release ring 16 on the inner side of a flange part 24. Locking parts 13A, protruding parts 13B and lock release parts 13C making the protruding parts 24A axially movable are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the joint body 12. When releasing the lock of the release ring 16, a user rotates the release ring 16 to move the protruding parts 24A to the rock release parts 13C from the locking parts 13A by enlarging diameters of the protruding parts 13B by elastic deformation. The release ring 16 is then pushed into the inner side to detach the tube 30. Since the protruding parts 24A do not move to the lock release parts 13C unless they get over the protruding parts 13B, the careless detachment of the tube 30 can be prevented.
