PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling/heating roof fan capable of distributing cold air indoors while performing ventilation in summer, and performing heating without narrowing an indoor work space in winter. SOLUTION: The outside air is sucked into a body 4 by a fan device 22 mounted on an air distribution duct 18, and the air distribution ducts 17, 18 are connected with a lower portion of a vaporizing radiation-type air cooling device 2 for cooling the outside air by allowing the air to pass through a film of the water sprayed from a water spray pipe and formed by a cooling element. Dampers 19, 19 rotated in the vertical direction are mounted inside of air suction openings 20, 20 formed on side faces of the lower air distribution duct 18. The fan device 22 is mounted at lower portions of the dampers 19, 19. An air distribution duct 26 is connected with a lower portion of the lower air distribution duct 18, and a steam heater 27 is mounted at a lower portion of the air distribution duct 26. The steam heater 27 heats a steel pipe and a number of plate-shaped fins attached to the steel pipe by utilizing the heat of steam, and the air is heated by being passed through the plate-shaped fins and distributed indoors from an air distribution duct 39 last.
