PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder carrying device for smoothly and surely carrying and supplying powder even in a state of easily receiving influence of an external factor such as steam to the carrying powder when the steam is generated in large quantities from a mixing reaction vessel and when having a long carrying passage. SOLUTION: This powder carrying device has a powder carrying passage with one end connected to a powder input part, and carries the powder input from the powder input part; and has a gas blowing-in means on the upstream side of the powder carrying passage. The powder carrying device is characterized in that the gas blowing-in means blows gas in the powder carrying passage downstream side from a side surface in the carrying direction of the powder carrying passage.
