PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card base material storage vessel capable of separating a sealing member by a small force, without breaking the sealing member when separating the sealing member, in a card base material storage vessel constituted for sealing an opening by welding the flexible sealing member. SOLUTION: A second projection part and a third projection part having respective end surfaces contacting with a straight line vertical to the center line of the opening, are arranged outside a projection part for circularly surrounding the opening for ejecting a card in a pentagonal shape, and are formed as a welding object surface of the sealing member, and the sealing member is folded back and separated by a welding place of the second projection part and the third projection part and a boundary part of an unwelded place.
