PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made cap which is sealed by plugging a bottle mouth part, and easily unsealed by breaking a thin-walled part connecting a knob part and a band body by pulling the knob part upwardly. SOLUTION: The synthetic resin-made cap comprises: a top plate 11; a cylindrical part 12 hanging from the peripheral edge of the top plate; a cap body 1 having an inner cylindrical part hanging from an inner surface of the top plate and tightly attached to an inner surface of a bottle mouth and inserted therein, and a ring-shaped projecting part which is formed on an inner surface of a top surface, elastically deformed and tightly attached to a top surface of the bottle mouth; and a band body 2 which is cylindrical, and has a projecting bar to be engaged with a jaw part of an outer surface of the bottle mouth on an inner wall. The cap body and the band body are connected to each other by a connection part at one part of the peripheral edge, and both ends of a knob part extending downward from a lower end of the cylindrical part of the cap body and projecting downward from a lower end of the band body are connected to the band body in a breakable manner via the thin-walled part.
