PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular interior material which is excellent in touch feeling when a skin surface is touched or rubbed by a hand, and capable of absorbing disagreeable noise in a vehicle, and preventing the impairment of the appearance of the skin surface. SOLUTION: The vehicular interior material has a structure in which a base material layer 3, an intermediate layer 2 and a surface layer 1 are laminated in this order. Conical projecting parts are formed on the side face of the surface layer (the surface) of the intermediate layer (2), and the skin layer is sliced and removed.
