PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating effect in an air conditioner for a vehicular rear seat. SOLUTION: When inside temperature Tr is less than the set temperature of a temperature setting switch (a step 110:NO), an electronic control device 30 controls a servo motor 9b to rotate a shielding door 9a, fully close an air blow-off port of a cooling heat exchanger 9, and fully open an air blow-off port of a ventilating bypass passage 2a (a step 130). Therefore, all of air blowing out from a blower 8 is brown off toward a heating heat exchanger 15 and a bypass passage 16 through the ventilating bypass passage 2a. Therefore, even if a solenoid valve adjusting a flow rate of refrigerant flowing into the cooling heat exchanger 9 is not used, air temperature on an inlet side of the heating heat exchanger 15 can be raised, and heating effect can be improved.
