PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intake air noise from being transmitted from a cylindrical portion formed in a front fender to a vehicular cabin through a front cowl. SOLUTION: A middle part of a duct composed of a fender panel 12, a fender upper 13, a fender garnish 14, and an inner fender 15, and extending in a fore-and-aft direction, is partitioned by a silencer 23 constituted of by foam rubber of a closed cell. Therefore, intake air noise generated when outside air led in to the front end of the duct is supplied from an intake air opening 15a to an intake air passage of an engine is shut off by the silencer 23, and the entry of the intake air noise from an air-conditioning outside air inlet 13a to the vehicular cabin through the front cowl 22 can be suppressed. The silencer 23 constituted of the foam rubber of the closed cell is disposed inside the fender panel 12, so that the silencer 23 is crushed at the time of a vehicular collision, thereby effectively absorbing collision energy.
